This is not your average shopping street. Think:

The Colony Palm Beach & Swifty’s: Palm Royale Energy

One of my favorite moments of the trip was spending time at The Colony Palm Beach, especially at Swifty’s.

If you’ve seen Palm Royale, you’ll understand the vibe instantly.

The Colony first opened in 1947 and has become one of Palm Beach’s most beloved boutique hotels — famous for its pink façade, intimate scale, and retro-meets-modern personality.

Swifty’s feels like stepping into a 1960s social club — martinis, striped umbrellas, lively conversation, and a sense that something fabulous might happen at any moment.

It’s playful, kitschy in the best way, and dripping with mid-century glamour. A must-stop whether you’re staying on property or just popping in for lunch or cocktails.

Palm Beach has no shortage of great restaurants, but two standouts from this trip were Buccan and Swifty’s.
