While some bookings — such as hotel stays through our preferred partners — may not require a planning fee, most custom itineraries do. Planning fees reflect the expertise, care, and dedication that go into every journey we design.
Because no two trips are the same, exact pricing is based on the scope of services required and will be shared with your custom proposal.
Planning fees for full service itinerary aka “The Full Indulgence” planning as described above begin at $100 per day of travel
For travelers requiring only a hotel or booking what we like to call “Just the Room, Please” services are complimentary and include all of our perks along with arranging airport transfers.
For an in between what we call, “The Signature Escape” think 1 destination done really well but we do the research and find you our perfect picks + our perks + airport transfers + a proposal with signature experiences tailored to your budget + full itinerary creation , planning fees begin at $350 per trip
